<p>A neat and affordable 1 bedroom apartment with newly renovated kitchen in the heart of Glenelg. Just 2 minutes to Jetty Road, Coles shopping centre, restaurants and Glenelg’s lovely beaches, this basic furnished apartment  includes fridge, lounges, dining table and bed. A communal laundry area is available for tenant use with coin operated washing machine and dryer and laundry wash basin. Off street (not covered) car space is included for one vehicle.</p>
<p>The minimum lease is for four months, and this is renewable each four months providing the tenancy obligations are being met. A Security Bond is payable on this type of accommodation at the commencement of the tenancy and is sent to a government agency where it is held until the final inspection of the property and vacant possession is given back to the Landlord.</p>
<p>The tenant is responsible to connect in their own name and pay the accounts for the natural gas and electricity (may also have connection fees which are also the responsibility of the tenant. Water and rates are paid by the Landlord.</p>
<p>Rental references are preferred but not essential.</p>

<p>In the case of a lockout, the options are to either telephone<b>:<br /><br /></b><strong>a) Our answering service</strong> on 8294 9666 or <strong>if no answer</strong> direct 8366 0622<br /><i>A lockout fee of $150</i><i> is required for the call out of our staff after office hours</i><br /><b><i>Note</i></b><b><i>: </i></b><i>Payment is required at the time to the staff member attending either by cash or credit card, otherwise the tenant will have to wait until the following working day to be readmitted to the premises.</i></p>
<p><i><strong>Important</strong>:</i><i> if tenant(s) call our paging service to report a lockout, and then gain access themselves <strong>but fail to advise our paging service immediately</strong>, (which results in the call out of our staff after hours), the lockout fee will still apply.</i></p>

<p><strong>b)</strong> <b>An accredited locksmith.</b> Please note that if a tenant or locksmith causes damage to the lock, door or window to gain entry, the tenant is responsible for the cost of such damage, and also the cost to return the lock to our masterkey system, which is to be arranged during office hours the next working day. See Sections 4 &amp; 9 of the tenancy agreement.</p>

This basic furnished apartment includes fridge, lounges and beds. A communal laundry area is available for tenant use with coin operated washing machine and dryer and laundry wash basin. Off street car space allotted for one vehicle. <br /><br />The minimum lease is for four months, and this is renewable providing the tenancy obligations are being met. A Security Bond is payable on this type of accommodation at the commencement of the tenancy and is sent to a government agency where it is held until the final inspection of the property and vacant possession is given back to the Landlord. <br /><br />The tenant is responsible to connect in their own name and pay the accounts for the natural gas and electricity (may also have connection fees which are also the responsibility of the tenant. Water and rates are paid by the Landlord. <br /><br />Rental references are preferred but not essential.</p>
