In the case of a lockout, the options are to either telephone:

a) Our answering service on 8294 9666 or if no answer direct 8366 0622
A lockout fee of $150 is required for the call out of our staff after office hours
Note: Payment is required at the time to the staff member attending either by cash or credit card, otherwise the tenant will have to wait until the following working day to be readmitted to the premises.

Important: if tenant(s) call our paging service to report a lockout, and then gain access themselves but fail to advise our paging service immediately, (which results in the call out of our staff after hours), the lockout fee will still apply.

b) An accredited locksmith. Please note that if a tenant or locksmith causes damage to the lock, door or window to gain entry, the tenant is responsible for the cost of such damage, and also the cost to return the lock to our masterkey system, which is to be arranged during office hours the next working day.
